Man today I got my order from weldmonger.com. I bought a fupa 12 with a titanium ring and a sticker. I'm so happy because I got three stickers and you all know we love stickers in our orders JODY COLLIER thank you so much. I've been filling up my case with cups and gas lenses tungsten and all the goodies from weldmonger.com. you guys go check out weldmonger store and you won't be disappointed.

This was brought to me by a locksmith. First time with a cast aluminum repair. Should I use High amps and move quickly or lower amps and progress at normal speed? What settings would be generally recommended for such a small part made of cast aluminum? Also Using CK Lazer green tungsten with my Primeweld 325x…. Any help would be highly appreciated!

Here is my settings I forgot to add tungsten and cup size. 1/8 2% lanthanated with a #8 gas lens 24cfm 1/8 4043 filler and I’m not sure on the aluminum I ordered it from Brad because I don’t keep a lot of aluminum at my shop because I don’t weld it a lot. I used a pedal as well. 170 was the top of my range.

Hi everyone, I’m a welding student that completed 2 years of welding in college while in high school. I’ve done MiG, Stick and Tig but my experience really shines in Stick. I’m trying to go back to school for more or get a beginner job in the industry. Thank you Jody for all the videos you have made. We used to watch your videos in class and I still watch them outside of school. Currently 18 years old and excited to make a career and learn everything that I can.

To all our members, I’d like to wish you guys a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New year. I hope this next year brings us all the best. Last project of the year for my shop.
JODY COLLIER Merry Christmas to you Jody and your family. I was running through posts in the forum and saw something about torch cables and how stiff they can be causing the torch to be kicked at an angle making it hard to hold the torch in the position you want without some force. Another person said you carried torch cables and the proper dinse connections on weldmonger. I have a miller diversion 180 and my torch is kicked to left really hard no matter how I lay the line it's just hard to turn the torch toward the the downward angle. What is your recommendation for a new cable and the connector if needed to make that torch feel supple in my hand. Or is there a way to adjust what I have in order to get a better feel out of the miller setup I paid 3200 buckaroos for. In hindsight I wish I would have known what I know now about the prime weld machines. But that's a topic for another post. I'm determined to learn to be a good welder on the miller 180. Thank you for your advice on the torch setup. I would like to upgrade and have that supple feeling torch angle.
Hi welding friends, thanks for all the tips and tricks that this site shares. Ronnie from Denver, Colorado. Welding AC/DC tig for the first time on a water cooled Everlast 255EXT. I’ve Mig, Stick, Brazed and Gas welded in the past but never had a tig welder for constant usage. Thanks to Jody for all the great videos.
Will be teaching myself so I can start on a few race car projects. Chromoly roll cage, titanium/stainless headers, new body panels and many more projects ahead!
Joey Collier hey man Merry Christmas to you and your family. I couple of weeks ago when I joined up there was some talk of WS stickers. I am trying to load my helmet lol. Any chance the are still available? Thank you. $?
