Could you just leave us with access to everything and we keep paying. I’ve enjoyed the membership and would be fine with paying for WelderSkills as it currently stands. And I bet I’m not the only one.

I lined this loader with chromium carbide plates when I was first starting out welding. It’s been running for some years now and still looks good. I’ll try and get a photo of it now. I had no idea how to weld quickly back here though lol. This bucket took me forever to finish.

Here are some teeth in a large gear I had to weld up and grind back. The machine was timed to this position and was breaking the teeth out. I made a template and hand grinded the welds back down. It’s not perfect but they are still running this and this repair was 4 years ago.

Broken bolts in a manitou trailer forklift. I used to use a nickel 99 rod to get these out because it wouldn’t run into the threads easily but now I use 309 l stainless rods. They work a million times better.

Rolling ring on a ready mix truck was cracking off. I ground it out then used a 6010 to dig through the contaminants/water inside the Chanel then capped it with 7018.

Built this conveyor for a concrete block factory. It was mostly dual shield and 7018. They happened to have a big iron worker there so it made the plates and angle a breeze.
