Just got a new job and I’m going to be taking a 3G short circuit downhill test on 3/8” carbon steel plate in a few days. I was told no one has ever passed a bend test doing downhill so I am hoping for some advice so I can hopefully pass and make a good impression. They all say it’s on the cap when it fails. What are some good settings for root, fill , and cap? Any advice would be appreciated
