Thanks Matt! That spray arc process really catches my interest. I'm looking at purchasing a machine that's capable of doing that in the next year or so. Looking at the Esab Rebel 235 or 285. I don't think the 235 does pulsed spray, also not sure on the 285, I'd have to look at the specs again. I didn't know you could go vertical up even with pulse spray..too cool! Great video lesson on settings and technique

I love 7018 on our Miller at work...old transformer machine. Runs it great. Hate it on my home machine as it don't have hot start and the rod constantly sticks. It tig welds really well and that's what I bought for so oh well. But if I get it just right striking the 7018 like a match and high arcing ahead of my start and walk it back to the beginning of the weld I have good results. Just gotta get it right. Thanks Jody for the great video!!

Happy Easter!!! Thanks

I have a 200 amp inverter gtaw machine with ac frequency, ac balance and pulse controls. Frequency goes up to 200 but I usually run it between 90 to 120 for most applications. Haven't messed around with the freq settings too much but this video you guys put out has really made me rethink all of these settings...thank you
