JD what would be the minimum wattage a generator you would use with the MP 210 Lincoln welder?

Question: What do you make more profit on Manufacturing products or repair service?

Time is money 🤑. That saying came from the film industry. I own a business not a welding business. One of my biggest regrets in the beginning was not charging enough. Now I charge a lot more. Love the video. Both of your knowledge & experience is amazing.

My beads are Similar to yours. I have trouble with my stops at the end, need to prevent Craters. Add filler metal a bit more at the end.

Always check your spool before welding. Primarily to see if it's the correct wire. At least that's what I learned working in a shop with multiple people sharing machines.

Has anyone used a brand of Dual Shield (FCAW) Electrode call "Diamond Spark" I heard a sales man came to the shop and had an employee test it. Salesman said that you did not have to chip off the slag because it would rise to the top after each pass over. No slag inclusion. It was cheaper than the Lincoln electrode and rated for structural AWS D 1.8   I did research and it is a German company.

Will preheating the part help reduce the effects of humidity in the air?

Team finished the 50 foot bridge section at my job. Very cool seeing how they moved it. My first time being a part of a project this big. Can't wait to see what kind of truck that will move it.

Tack it up. Weld two pieces together until you can no longer reach. Cut out the 1 piece that you did not weld. Weld the rest of the two together. Then weld the third piece.
