Thanks for the questions.... this isn't the same building/system. It is the same company, compressors, and psi though. There is possibility of danger because there is a serious lack of any general knowledge amongst the workers in this place. Good thing is there are extremely few people even willing to try work like this. My large welded piping is actually a large increase in the safety of how they used to do things... they only knew how to thread 2" pipe so they literally had a maze of pipe like you said and it was very easy to confuse the high and low air systems as they were both 2" pipe. This company is a very big, small company... they have grown exponentially in the past decades and that can lead to this overlap they have now with heavy commercial equipment and systems and a light commercial work force. There is a knowledge gap they acquired from growing quickly plus there are always huge political reasons and outdated opinions that steer big ships like this.
