Been using a Fein Slugger for several years now in my shop and gets lots of use.  Blades hold up pretty well after many cuts and has a cast base which is very durable.  Cuts are clean if you feed the blade correctly and minimal deflection on mitered cuts.  Supplements well the horizontal and vertical bandsaws in my shop.

Matt:

The videos on pulse MIG and dual shield have been very helpful.  Run a Millermatic 255 so the nomenclature is a little different than the Lincoln but the WFS settings are pretty close.  The Miller has a setting for arc length which I suppose is similar to Trim. There are a couple of other settings which can tweak the arc.  Have run pulse on material as thin as 14 gauge square tubing but can be a little tricky and really need to pay attention to your speed.  Picture of Swing away trailer jack mount welded with pulse 1/4" material.  Trailer took a beating on a hunting trip in the Gila and tore the crap out of it and needed major repairs once home. Thanks again.
