pulse is your best option with that setup..#1 on trim setting "the default"..then start playing with arc control around -7 adjust to get the ripples to look good. dont remember WFS off hand for that thickness..

.043 wire for sure.. made a world of difference for me welding thick aluminum.

hey Brad can I use 4043 instead of 5356 filler wire... have similar job..on wake board bar.
